Piedra ibizenca

This rough material, a special feature of the island, comes from the Southern part of the Mediterranean region.  The unique local commodity has already been excavated and used for generations. Its rustic appearance and touch makes you think back to the old times; the monumental city walls, the rich medieval interiors or the peasants resting in the shade of their farm house.

Its beauty has been preserved and integrated into the contemporary living; wall veneer, floor cladding or independent furniture pieces for both indoor and outdoor space.

Rough, untreated or smoothed and clean, any finishing looks great within its context. Moreover, the combination of different surface textures within one piece creates an interesting contrast promoting it into a statue.
